Some of my customers own property in the Newport area and live out of
state or out of the country. We plan the work together, and it is finished
while they are away. I send daily or weekly updates via e-mail, with photos
showing the work in progress.
At no charge, I can continue to look after a property when the job is done,
keeping an eye on the house, checking on heat, light timer, etc., while the
owner is away.
If you have a tenant without a key or are concerned about the house after
reading about a big snow storm blowing through, I am always glad to go
over and have a look at your house.
